Upon purchasing access to the AI Business Launchpad course, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view the course content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not share your login credentials, resell access, or distribute course materials to third parties. All course content — including lessons, AI prompts, tool guides, and quizzes — remains the intellectual property of MATRX Collective LLC.

The Site provides information about MATRX Collective's educational programs and consulting services. Any engagement of our services — including fractional executive placements, strategy calls, recruiting, or educational programs — is governed by a separate written agreement between you and MATRX Collective.
